Who we are
Wiley Care Group provides independent, non-medical home safety visits in the Pittsburgh region. This policy explains how we handle information shared through wileycare.com, including our contact form and our business card page at wileycare.com/connect.
What we collect
When you fill out one of our forms, we receive the information you type in, such as:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- The city or ZIP code of the home, and whether you are reaching out as a family member, professional, or organization
- Your organization's name, the best time to reach you, and any message you write
We do not ask for medical details or health information through this website. Please leave those out of any form or email. We will discuss specifics with you by phone.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This is used to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- To reply to your message and talk with you about our services
- To keep a record of our conversations as part of normal business records
- To protect the website from spam, abuse, and attacks
We do not sell or rent your information, use it for advertising, or share it with other companies for their marketing. We do not use information you send us to train AI models.
Services that help us run this site
- Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. It may use a small security cookie to tell real visitors apart from automated bots.
- Web3Forms delivers our contact form messages to our business email.
- Google Workspace provides our business email, where your messages are received and stored.
These providers handle information only to provide their services to us. We do not use advertising or tracking tools on this site.
Saving our contact card
If you tap "Save to my contacts" on our business card page, your phone downloads our contact information. Nothing about you is sent to us when you do this.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our business records, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email services@wileycare.com or call 412-944-3930, and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Home safety visits
This policy covers the website only. Information gathered during a home safety visit is handled under the written consent and agreement signed before the visit, and is shared only as you authorize or as Pennsylvania law requires.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
